How many days that you could finish an order of 20 foot container?
Generally speaking, if you order our regular products that exactly the same with our catalog, we could finish your order of 20' container within 30 days after receiving your deposit or L/C.
What's your sample police?
Samples less than $10 are free of charge. But Couriers fee should be paid in advance or when samples arrive at the destination.
If you want the samples' couriers fee paid at your side, please offer us your TNT Account No. in time. Thank you!
What if I have some special requests for the products?
Basically, we would manage to try your requests and give you a feedback in time. But there would be an extra charge based on our quotations for your special requests.
What's your payment term?
1) T/T 30% deposit in advance, T/T the balance against the fax of original bill of lading.
2) L/C at sight.
What's trade term that your quotations base on? FOB, CIF or CFR?
1) FOB, free on board.
2) CIF, cost insurance freight
