aging of materials;

pressure exceeding the limit;

external force damage;

If a flexible hose ruptures, it requires specific treatment depending on the circumstances.

Minor ruptures can generally be repaired. Such as surface scratches or small cracks, can be temporarily repaired with a specialized hose repair adhesive. However, please note that repair adhesives are only effective as a short-term fix. For hoses subject to high pressure and high temperatures, replacement is necessary.

Severe damage requires replacement. When replacing a hose, ensure that it matches the specifications, material, and pressure rating. Immediately shut down the equipment and replace the hose upon discovery. After replacement, perform a leak test to ensure proper installation.

Any hose damage should be replaced. Repairs are only temporary solutions. To ensure timely replacement, it is recommended to regularly purchase a supply of bulk hoses.
