How do you crimp an AC hose?
To crimp air conditioning hoses, you can use an AC air conditioning hose crimper, which is easy to carry, simple to operate, and requires no power supply.
First, select the correct size die set according to the size of your air conditioning hose.
Secondly, pull out the pin on the crimping machine, rotate the body counterclockwise and open the die seat, put the selected die into the die seat, close the die seat and insert the pin.
Then place the hose fitting in the center of the die set, rotate the body clockwise until the die fits tightly against the hose connector, turn the hydraulic valve to the closed position, and pump the handle until the die stops completely.
After crimping, turn the hydraulic valve to the open position to release the pressure, until the lower yolk is fully recessed remove the holding pin open the yolk and remove the hose.
