EN1360 Gasoline dispenser hose, that is, a special gas oil / gasoline hose for a gas pump, is a kind of industrial hose. It is suitable for conveying gasoline and diesel, including oxidized fuel (miscible with up to 15% oxygen-containing compounds) and gasoline containing a small amount of additives at room temperature.

Fuel Dispenser Hose
The structure of the fuel dispenser hose
According to the structural form, the fuel dispenser hose can be divided into ordinary type and oil and gas recovery type dispenser hose. The ordinary fuel dispenser hose is a single pipeline, which is mainly used to transport diesel, the oil and gas recovery hose is an oil and gas reverse coaxial hose, one end of which is connected to the oil and gas separator, and the other end is connected to the oil and gas recovery type fueling gun or oil and gas recovery type breakaway valve; the inside of the hose is the air circuit, and the oil circuit is between the inner and outer tubes of the hose.
Fuel oil / Gasoline dispenser hose Construction
Fuel oil / Gasoline dispenser hoses, like ordinary industrial hoses, are composed of inner rubber tube, outer rubber cover and middle reinforcement layer.
Tube: Generally black oil-resistant Nitrile synthetic rubber, smooth
Reinforcement: steel wire or high-strength synthetic fiber braid
Cover: Nitrile synthetic rubber, black, green, red, blue or yellow
Pressure range: The working pressure of common fuel dispenser hoses is set at no more than 1.6MPa, and the burst pressure can usually reach 4.8MPa.
Temperature: -40℃ (-104°F) to 121°C (+250°F)
Matching joints: Common joints on the market include crimping and internal expansion. The connection threads of ordinary fuel dispenser hoses are mainly NPT, BSP, BSPT and other forms, while the connection threads of gas recovery fuel dispenser hoses are mainly M34 metric threads.
Application: Designed for general refueling equipment to convey aviation kerosene, gasoline, diesel oil and other mineral oil.

Daily storage of fuel dispenser hose
Since the hose is exposed to various environments during use and storage, its physical properties will change accordingly. Therefore, in order to maintain the most suitable state of use during use, the following points should be noted during storage to prevent the hose from changing its properties under the storage environment.
1. Storage time
The storage time of the hose should be shortened as much as possible, generally to 6 months. The maximum storage period cannot exceed 18 months. The storage time of the hose can be marked, following the chronological order and the principle of first-in-first-out. If the storage time needs to be extended, such as one year, the hose should be fully inspected before use.
2. Storage environment
The storage location should be kept at a sufficient distance from the heat source (including heating equipment), the storage temperature should be maintained at 10℃ to 35℃ (the optimum temperature is 15℃), and the relative humidity should not exceed 65%, otherwise it will accelerate the aging of the hose. All pipe fittings including hoses must not be exposed or contacted with solvents, fuels, petroleum, grease, volatiles, acidic substances, disinfectants, etc. The hose should be stored in a dark place to avoid sunlight and strong artificial light.
3. Storage requirements
Hoses should not be compressed, stretched or over-deformed during storage, and should not come into contact with any sharp metal. If conditions permit, they should be stored in separate areas. Hoses should be stored flat when rolled up. If they need to be stacked, the stacking height should not exceed 2 meters, and the lower hose should be prevented from being compressed and permanently deformed. Heavier products should be placed at the bottom, and lighter ones can be placed at the top. The bending radius of the coil cannot exceed the minimum bending radius of the product standard.

Gasoline Fuel Dispenser Hose
Installation of the fuel dispenser hose
Before installation, the specifications and models of the hose assembly should be checked through the fuel dispenser hose body mark to distinguish the specifications, models, temperature resistance level and other information.
At the same time, check whether the dust caps at both ends of the product are complete. If they are missing, check whether there are debris in the pipe; if there is a sealing ring at the joint, check whether the sealing ring is missing.
During installation, avoid rotating the pipe body to avoid twisting the pipe body. When installing the oil and gas recovery hose, pay attention to connecting the live end (the end with the yellow warning mark) to the fuel dispenser.
When replacing the oil gun, if the hose assembly has a sealing ring, replace the sealing ring immediately to avoid leakage caused by the secondary use of the sealing ring.
Maintenance of the fuel dispenser hose during use
(1) During the use of the oil and gas recovery hose, the frequent rotation of the fuel gun can easily cause the seal ring of the fuel gun hose joint to wear, which will cause the seal between the fuel hose and the oil and gas recovery hose to be loose. The oil and gas recovery system of the fuel dispenser should be inspected regularly and the seal ring of the fuel gun hose joint that is easily worn should be replaced regularly.
(2) During daily use, do not pull or tug the hose hard to prevent damage to the seal rings at both ends of the inner return air pipe of the oil and gas recovery coaxial hose.
(3) After use, the hose should be put away and placed on the hose hook to prevent vehicles from running over it, causing damage to the inner return air pipe, which will cause the oil and gas lines to communicate.
(4) When putting the hose away or using it, do not tie a knot or turn it at a right angle to avoid breaking the return air pipe, which will cause the oil and gas lines to communicate.
(5) The rotation of the joint of the oil and gas recovery hose is achieved by the steel balls embedded in the joint. Due to long-term use, the grease between the steel balls will evaporate and lose, thus affecting the rotation flexibility of the joint. During daily use, you can regularly add grease to the steel ball part to keep the joint with good rotation performance.
(6) After long-term use, the surface of the hose will be oily and dirty, affecting the appearance. If you encounter this problem, first wipe the hose gently with a clean rag to remove dust, then spray a little engine cleaner on the oily area, wait a few seconds to allow the oil to fully emulsify, and finally wipe it again with a clean rag, and the hose will be as bright as new. It should be noted that during this process, try not to use gasoline to wipe, although gasoline is easy to obtain and the effect is also very good, but it will damage the hose.
Leakage at the joint of the fuel dispenser hose assembly
During use, fuel dispenser hoses sometimes leak at the joints, most of which are caused by aging of the seal ring. First, take a photo of the leaking location, then remove the hose assembly, replace the new seal ring, and reinstall it to see if there is still leakage. If there is still leakage, remove the hose assembly completely and contact the supplier for processing.
