Textile Braided Hydraulic Hose EN 854 1TE
EN854 1TE hose is textile-reinforced hydraulic hose designed for low-pressure applications, it has a three-layer structure. The inner layer is synthetic rubber, which is oil-resistant. The outer layer is also synthetic rubber, which is oil-resistant, wear-resistant and weather-resistant. The middle reinforcement layer is one layer of braid textile yarn, which enhances the strength of the hydraulic hosee and makes the hose light and easy to operate. The medium it can transport can be hydraulic fluids petroleum based (mineral oils), glicol-water based, water, lubricants.
Product construction:
Tube: Oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: one layer of textile yarn braid
Cover: Anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, resistant to oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions.
Surface: wrapped surface, smooth surface
Temperature: -40℃ to +100℃
Application: EN 854 1TE textile reinforced hydraulic hose is suitable for hydraulic control lines and it is mainly used to deliver hydraulic fluids.
