Hydraulic Rubber Hose EN 854 2TE
Hydraulic hoses are flexible tubes with reinforcement and designed to transport hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement layer can be steel wire braiding or winding, or fabric braiding, EN 854 2TE hose is one kind of textile reinforced hydraulic hose, it can transport petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids, oil & water emulsions and aqueous glycol solutions. It is mainly used in the machine building industry and hydraulic equipment. The product structure consists of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.
Tube: high quality black oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: two layers of braided textile
Cover: high quality abrasion, corrosion and weather resistant synthetic rubber
Surface: wrapped surface or smooth surface
Temperature: -40℃ to +100℃
Application: 2TE is suitable for low or medium-pressure hydraulic lines, fuel oil, air and water.

Oil-Resistant Synthetic Rubber Inner Tube: The inner tube is made from oil-resistant synthetic rubber, compatible with a wide range of hydraulic fluids.
Abrasion and Weather Resistant Outer Cover: The outer cover is composed of synthetic rubber that provides excellent resistance to abrasion, ozone, and other environmental factors.
Low to Medium Pressure Rating: Designed for systems that operate at low to moderate pressures, with a pressure range typically up to 40 bar (580 psi).
Flexible and Compact Design: The lightweight, flexible construction of the hose allows for easy routing, even in tight or confined spaces.
Meets Industry Standards: Compliant with both EN 854 2TE, ensuring reliable performance in hydraulic systems with low-pressure requirements.
