The structure of EN 857 1sc hydraulic hose is similar to SAE100R1/EN 853 1SN, but it is more compact than R1/ 1SN hose, and more suitable for installation in narrow spaces, but not suitable for applications that require disassembly. Thinner in outer diameter than 1SN and more environmentally friendly, EN 857 1SC is a single-layer steel wire braided hydraulic hose, mainly used in low and medium hydraulic systems. Suitable for conveying fluids such as ethylene glycol, mineral oil, fuel, lubricant, emulsion, hydrocarbons, etc. Can work in an environment of C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F)

DIN EN 857 1SC Hose Construction

High-strength steel wire braided reinforcement provides high working pressure, oil-resistant inner rubber provides smooth oil delivery, weather-resistant outer rubber provides durability, and complies with MSHA flame retardant to protect the interior from corrosion and wear.

Tube: Oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: One braid of high tensile steel wire.
Cover: Black, abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber, MSHA accepted. The outer layer of the hydraulic hose can have either a wrapped surface or smooth surface EN857 1SC.

The rubber materials of our hydraulic hoses are imported from top suppliers in the international market (such as Sinopec), raw materials with high rubber content, and high-strength steel wire is purchased from domestic listed companies (such as Xingda Steel Tire Cord Co., Ltd).

We will conduct a series of tests on the purchased materials, including rubber hardness test, steel wire tension test, etc. Unsuitable materials will not be put into production. Only qualified materials will be used to manufacture hoses.

Hydraulic hose manufacturing process

Our factory introduces advanced technology and equipment to produce the best quality hydraulic hoses. High speed Spiral machine is used to produce steel wire spiral hydraulic hoses, which has the characteristics of high precision and high speed. The hoses produced can withstand 400,000 pulses.

Hydraulic Hose Quality Control

We use two quality control systems, online and offline. Online, there is Enterprise Resource Planning that records the production process, operators, and operation dates, and offline, there is a manually filled hydraulic hose ID card. The quality tracking card is specially used to record the key parameters of the manufacturing process.

Finished Hydraulic Hose Testing
