Fuel Oil Rubber Hose Application
Hard wall hose designed for suction and discharge of water, non-corrosive fluids and fuel oil used in construction, mines, and light duty industry.
The automotive fuel system is a primary application area for fuel oil rubber hoses, connecting the fuel tank, fuel pump, and engine to deliver gasoline or diesel fuel.
Gas stations and oil product transportation are also applications of fuel oil rubber hoses, with fuel dispenser hoses being the most commonly used type. These hoses are used to transport fuels such as diesel and gasoline, possessing properties of oil resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance, static electricity conductivity, and flame retardancy.
In engineering machinery and industry, fuel oil hoses are used in generator sets and heavy machinery to transport diesel fuel and engine oil.
In marine fluid transportation, in the petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, and warehousing industries, fuel oil, lubricating oil, and other media are used for loading, unloading, and transferring in oil depots, tank trucks, and other equipment, requiring high pressure resistance and wear resistance.

Excellent Oil Resistance: The inner rubber layer material (e.g., NBR, FKM) must be able to resist long-term immersion and swelling in fuel.
Static Dissipation: Embedded metal wires or conductive rubber materials ensure a resistivity of less than 10⁶Ω, preventing static sparks from causing fires or explosions.
Pressure and Temperature Resistance: Must withstand operating pressure (typically starting from 1.6MPa) and be suitable for a wide temperature range (e.g., -40℃ to +55℃ or higher).
Aging Resistance and Flame Retardancy: The outer rubber layer must be resistant to ozone, ultraviolet radiation, and environmental aging, and possess flame-retardant properties to enhance safety.
