Completion of crimping: The system automatically stops pressurizing according to the set pressure or crimping size to ensure that the dimensional accuracy of the joint after crimping meets the standard.
After the crimping is completed, the hydraulic cylinder resets the piston through the reverse oil circuit, the mold set is released, and the crimping process is completed.

How to Use a Hose Crimping Machine?
There are some preparations
1. Check whether the power supply of the hydraulic hose crimping machine is connected normally;
2. Confirm whether the hydraulic oil model used is correct;
3. Check whether the clamp of the hydraulic hose crimping machine is installed correctly;
4. Confirm whether the crimping hose and the hydraulic fittings type used match;
5. Clean and check the hydraulic hose to be crimped to ensure that its surface is intact and free of defects.
Specific operation steps
1. Place the hydraulic hose crimping machine stably on a flat workbench to ensure the stability of the machine.
2. Turn on the power switch and observe whether the power indicator light on the panel of the hydraulic hose crimping machine is on, indicating that the power supply is normal.
3. Check the hydraulic system to ensure that there is sufficient hydraulic oil in the oil tank and there is no abnormal leakage.
4. Turn off the pressure switch of the hydraulic system and rotate the hydraulic oil pump handle to the lowest gear.
5. Select a suitable clamp, adjust it according to the size and type of the pipe fittings and fix the clamp on the clamp seat at the bottom of the hydraulic press machine.
6. Insert the hose fittings to be connected into the clamp, and select the appropriate thorn groove according to the size of the pipe and the model of the clamp;
7. Insert the hose into the thorn groove, make sure the insertion depth meets the requirements and then loosen the handle.
8. Press the pedal of the hydraulic press to fix the clamping head and the clamping block on the hose.
9. Press the electric drive head to start tightening the hose.
10. Observe the tightening process. When the pressure gauge indicates that the specified pressure has been reached, stop the operation.
11. Disconnect the power switch, turn off the pressure switch of the hydraulic system, clean up the site, and organize the work tools and materials.
Precautions for the hydraulic hose crimping machine
- Try to place the joint in the center of the mold and do not press on the hexagonal nut.
- When used in winter, the hose crimping machine should be buckled and pressed 20 to 30 times without load to increase the oil temperature.
- Prevent tools and other foreign objects from entering the hose crimper head.
- After each work, the eight die seats must be opened to the maximum extent to keep the spring in the open state, keep the spring and the cylinder in the compressed state, and extend the service life of the oil seal.
- When the hydraulic oil in the tank exceeds the time limit specified by the hydraulic oil manufacturer, the hydraulic oil in the tank should be replaced, or the oil level gauge should be checked. If the hydraulic oil is oxidized black, it must be replaced.
