Concrete Pump Hose
Concrete pump hoses are also called concrete pumping rubber hoses, which are designed for high-pressure pumping of ready-mixed concrete at construction sites.
Material handling hoses, also known as bulk material hoses, are a type of industrial hoses specifically designed for conveying various granular, powdered, or mixed bulk materials. Common conveying media include cement, sand, gravel, gypsum, grain, feed, fertilizer, mineral powder, etc.
Inner Tube: Black high tensile and abrasion NR/BR synthetic rubber (the inner layer of the food grade hose is made of white rubber).
Reinforcement: The fabric or steel wire reinforcement layer, if used for suction, also includes a spiral steel wire layer to prevent collapse.
Cover: Black NR/SBR rubber, weather and abrasion resistant high tensile synthetic rubber.
Temperature Range: 20℃~+80℃ (-4°F~167°F)
The fittings can be assembled on the material handling hoses using either worm drive clamps, bolt clamps, special screwed flanges or they can be crimped with ferrules. For more information, see Industrial fittings.
Agriculture
Used for loading, unloading, and transshipping grains (soybeans, wheat, and corn), fertilizers, and feed pellets.

Construction Industry
Transports building materials such as cement, concrete, sand, gravel, and lime powder.
Mining and Quarrying
Widely used for conveying ore pellets, iron ore powder, coal powder, and mineral sand in mining, ore loading and unloading, and powder conveying equipment.
Food and Chemical Industry
Transports chemical powders, plastic pellets, and flour in chemical raw material loading and unloading and production line material supply systems.
What hose are you looking for?
There are different types of material handling hoses depending on the application. You can choose the one that suits you best from the following products:
Concrete pump hoses are also called concrete pumping rubber hoses, which are designed for high-pressure pumping of ready-mixed concrete at construction sites.
Material suction and discharge hoses are mainly used for the suction and discharge of liquids, solid particles, powders, slurries and other materials, and are mainly responsible for conveying, discharging and cleaning.
Suction dredge hoses are designed for sediment absorption along with dredging ships. It is mainly applied for river and harbor construction, land reclamation and dredging, to extend the distance of the water dredging.
Sandblasting hose is durable for delivering quartz and mental sand, polishing, riding rust on metal surface and spraying cement.
Dredging discharge hose is a great way to transfer mud, slurry, corrosive liquids and corrosive solids safely and efficiently. Dredging hose is a flexible rubber hose with a wide range of uses. Dredging discharge hoses are flexible and abrasion resistant.
High pressure concrete placement hose designed to handle the pumping of concrete, plaster or grout mixture. They feature wear-resistant inner and outer rubber layers and a steel wire reinforcement layer.
These concrete hoses are high pressure pumping components designed to pump concrete and other abrasive mixtures such as plaster and wet cement at a pressure up to 800 psi
Bulk Material Discharge Hose is specially designed for conveying dry powders, granules, chips and other bulk materials at higher pressures. It is a high-pressure industrial hose.
The bulk material suction hose is made of spirally spiral steel wire combined with super wear-resistant inner and outer layers, achieving the excellent performance of being able to resist being sucked flat by high vacuum and being able to withstand high-pressure gas without being expanded.

Static electricity
When conveying bulk materials (especially plastic pellets, powders, chemicals, grain, etc.), the constant friction and collision between the material and the inner wall of the hose generates a large amount of static electricity. If the hose is non-conductive (made of insulating materials such as rubber or plastic), this charge cannot be dissipated and will accumulate on the hose wall and the material. Therefore, it is important to choose an anti-static or conductive bulk material hose, depending on the actual situation. This provides a low-resistance path for the static charge to be safely discharged and conducted to the ground, thereby preventing charge accumulation.
Wear Issues
Bulk materials, such as sand, gravel, mineral powder, grain, and chemical granules, are often solid materials that can cause severe wear on the inner wall of the pipe during flow.
The wear resistance of the lining material must not be underestimated. Our material hoses utilize wear-resistant inner and outer rubber to extend their service life.
Working Environment
The working environment’s temperature and humidity, as well as corrosion resistance, should also be considered when selecting material handling hoses. Hot materials (such as hot ash and certain chemical particles) can cause the hose to soften or deform. At low temperatures, it may harden and crack, impairing conveyance.
When purchasing, be sure to inform the hose manufacturer of the media being conveyed and the operating conditions so they can customize the most suitable hose type.
Tight Connections
When handling materials, the choice of hose connector is also very important. The correct hose fittings ensures a tight connection. Weak clamps or flanges, or mismatched seal materials, can lead to leaks. Let us know your application and dimensions, and we’ll recommend the most suitable connector.
