Classification of PP Spiral Guard

Arc Surface spiral PP hose protective sleeve
This is the most common and classic design, with a circular or near-circular cross-section, resembling a spirally wound tube. It offers balanced protection in all directions; the circular structure evenly distributes pressure, impact, and friction from all angles, providing comprehensive protection for the internal cables, especially in environments where rolling and multi-directional friction may occur. The cylindrical structure has superior compressive strength, effectively preventing the protective sleeve from being flattened and maintaining the internal space. It is the preferred choice for most standard applications.
However, in spaces requiring extremely compact and flat installation, it may occupy more thickness space.

How to choose between a arc spiral protective guard and a flat spiral protective guard?
There is no inherent difference in quality between curved and flat protective sleeves; the only difference is their shape. When choosing, consider the following points:
