High-pressure Hydraulic Hose SAE 100 R15
The SAE 100R15 hydraulic hose is a very high-pressure hydraulic rubber hose designed according to SAE J517 standards. It is specially engineered for demanding hydraulic systems that require extremely high working pressure, superior impulse resistance, and long service life.
Compared with standard spiral hydraulic hoses such as R12 or 4SP, they are all high-pressure steel wire spiral hydraulic hoses. SAE 100R15 hoses are reinforced with multiple layers of high-tensile steel wire, allowing them to handle much higher pressures while maintaining excellent flexibility and durability. They are widely used in construction machinery, mining equipment, oilfield machinery, forestry equipment, marine systems, and other heavy industrial hydraulic systems.
SAE 100R15 is composed of tube, reinforcement and cover. The inner tube is made from oil resistant synthetic rubber, making hose have excellent performance in delivering hydraulic oil. Reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile steel wires in alternative directions, four layers of high-strength steel wire spiral size 3/8″, 1/2″, ”3/4” and size 1” ; Six layers of spiral size for 1-1/4”, 1-1/2” and 2”. The multi-layer high-strength steel wire reinforcement makes the hose have higher pressure resistance and strength, and can be used in heavy equipments. The outer cover is weather-resistant synthetic rubber, which protects the hose from corrosion and abrasion.

Cover: Anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, resistant to oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions, MSHA accepted.

Our rubber materials are imported from top suppliers in the international market (such as Sinopec), raw materials with high rubber content, and high-strength steel wire is purchased from domestic listed companies (such as Xingda Steel Tire Cord Co., Ltd).
High-quality materials provide our hydraulic hoses with stable performance, good strength and excellent oil resistance.
We will conduct a series of tests on the purchased materials, including rubber hardness test, steel wire tension test, etc. Unsuitable materials will not be put into production. Only qualified materials will be used to manufacture hoses.
Factory workshop:
Our factory introduces advanced technology and equipment to produce the best quality hydraulic hoses. High speed Spiral machine is used to produce steel wire spiral hydraulic hoses, which has the characteristics of high precision and high speed. The hoses produced can withstand 400,000 pulses.
Quality control:
We use two quality control systems, online and offline. Online, there is Enterprise Resource Planning that records the production process, operators, and operation dates, and offline, there is a manually filled hydraulic hose ID card. The quality tracking card is specially used to record the key parameters of the manufacturing process.
Finished product testing:
After production is completed, the product will be subjected to a series of tests such as pressure test, burst test, pulse test, etc. to ensure that the product you receive is qualified.
Packaging:
Our hydraulic hoses are normally packed with plastic films or woven bags. Special packaging can be customized according to customer requirements
