Textile Braided Hose
Textile braided hydraulic hose consists of three parts; the inner tube is made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, and the middle is one or more layers of high-strength textile braiding reinforcement, providing a certain pressure resistance while ensuring flexibility. The outer cover is made of ozone- and UV- resistant, wear-resistant and weather-resistant rubber layer, providing additional protection against external damage and wear.
Strongflex textile braided hydraulic hose uses multiple strands of synthetic wire braiding as a reinforcement layer to provide a certain pressure resistance. Synthetic rubber is also made of high-quality rubber raw materials with good oil resistance. The braiding process uses a high-precision CNC fiber braiding machine to ensure uniform braiding density and improve the pressure resistance and tensile strength of the hose body.
